I would go with the cheaper one if you absolutely have to upgrade.


The 6S plus takes decent pictures. It's not like the camera is awful. The form factor is exactly the same as the 7 plus. I don't have the 6S plus, but I have a 6 plus, and the battery life is like every iPhone I"ve ever had. If I'm using it constantly throughout the day, I have to charge it every night while I sleep.

Next year, there should be a more substantial update to the iPhone series since it's the 10th anniversary. I'm waiting on updating to see what they do with it between now and then. There was no reason to upgrade from the 6 plus to the 7 plus for me.
